Terms of Service

1. Provision of Services

These Terms of Service govern the video production and creative media services provided by TDH Productions LLC, including pre-production planning, filming, editing, and final content delivery. By engaging TDH Productions LLC, the client acknowledges that timelines, outcomes, and performance can vary based on project scope, approvals, and external distribution platforms.

2. Project Timelines and Execution

TDH Productions LLC operates according to approved project scopes and timelines. The client agrees to provide required information, access, assets, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in approvals, scheduling, or asset delivery may extend production deadlines and delivery dates.

3. Financial Terms and Fees

The client agrees to pay TDH Productions LLC the fees outlined in each applicable service agreement, proposal, or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due according to the specified payment terms. Late or non-payment may result in delayed delivery, suspension of work, or withholding of final files until outstanding balances are settled.

4. Intellectual Property and Deliverables

Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the agreed final deliverables as defined in the service agreement. TDH Productions LLC retains ownership of underlying production methods, templates, and internal workflows unless explicitly transferred in writing. Portfolio usage of completed work may apply unless restricted by a signed confidentiality agreement.

5. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services according to the terms stated in the governing agreement. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. TDH Productions LLC will complete or hand off work as contractually required, provided all outstanding invoices and obligations are satisfied.
